The kind of work we take on

Kitchens, baths, additions and full renovations — the scope and finish level our projects are built to.

Why WestPoint

The part homeowners actually worry about

Not whether the tile looks good. Whether the job finishes, on the number you agreed, without wrecking the rest of your house.

One team, start to finish

Your project does not get handed off to a rotating cast of crews. The same project lead walks the job with you on day one and on the final punch list.

A written scope before tools come out

You get a line-by-line proposal covering labour, materials, allowances and sequence, so the number you approve is the number you can plan around.

Your house stays livable

Dust barriers, protected floors and a swept site at the end of every working day. We build around the fact that you still live there.

Changes in writing, same day

When a wall opens up and something has to change, you hear the cost and the schedule impact that day, in writing, not in a surprise final invoice.

How It Works

Three steps from first call to final walkthrough

A deliberately short path, so you know exactly what happens next at every stage.

  1. Step 1: Walkthrough and scope

We come to the house, measure, look at what is behind the walls where we can, and talk through what you actually want out of the space.

  2. Step 2: Written proposal

You receive a line-by-line proposal with materials, allowances and a build sequence. You approve a scope and a number, not a rough ballpark.

  3. Step 3: Build and final walkthrough

We build to the approved schedule with one lead on site, then walk the finished job with you and close out every item on the punch list.

Questions homeowners ask us first

Send us a short description of your project through the contact form. We will get back to you to arrange a free on-site consultation, where we measure the space, talk through what you want and flag anything structural we can see up front. From there we prepare your written proposal.
A line-by-line breakdown of the work: the scope of each stage, labour, materials, material allowances where you have not chosen finishes yet, and the build sequence with a schedule. You approve a defined scope and a defined number rather than a verbal ballpark.
For most kitchen, bathroom and single-room projects, yes. We set up dust containment, protect the floors on the routes we use, and sweep the site at the end of each working day. For down-to-studs whole-home renovations we will tell you honestly at proposal stage which phases are difficult to live through.
We do. Electricians, plumbers, HVAC and tile all get scheduled and supervised by your project lead. You are never the one calling around to find out why a trade did not turn up, and you get one invoice rather than several.
Older homes hide things behind the walls, so it does happen. When it does you get the cost and the schedule impact in writing the same day, and nothing proceeds until you approve it. No change appears for the first time on your final invoice.
Yes. We pull the permits your scope requires and schedule the inspections as part of the project. Your proposal spells out which approvals your specific job needs so there are no surprises about timing.
